This is a composite part that used as the input component for our 2-plasmid system. The input BioBrick consists of a promoter gene, in this case it is a SulA UV promoter, with an RBS, the PhiR73 Phage promoter, and a double Terminator. The composite part is flanked by an XhoI site and a EcoRI site.
