The designed was made according to interlab study requirements. The promoter and the vector have been taken from [[Part:BBa_K823005|BBa_K823005]], cut with XbeI and SpeI. The GFP coding sequences as well as RBS and terminators have been cut out from [[Part:BBa_E0240|BBa_E0240]] also with XbeI and SpeI and introduced to the cut promoter + backbone.
