This is a the standard GFP reporter (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_E0040">E0040</a>) that contains the prefix/suffix required for RFC 25 standard assembly (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K648013">K648013</a>) placed behind an IPTG inducible promoter (<a href="https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_J04500">J04500</a>).
