Psal-B0034-RiboJ-φR73δ
For detailed information concerning Band-pass Filter, please visit 2013 Peking iGEM Band-pass Filter
Characteristics
K1031018 is composed of Psal promoter activated by NahR when exposed to salicylic acid, RBS B0034, RiboJ and φR73Δ which activates hybrid promoter thus sfGFP is expressed. This is a fundamental component of Band-pass Filter which needs further combination with NahR and an inhibition circuit.
