This part is composed by a pLac and BBa_K952003. The part does not work because BBa_K952003 lacks the RBS between the Pfixk2 and the amilGFP. We improved BBa_K952003 with the addition of a RBS before the amilGFP by mutagenesis. The new resulting part is named BBa_K1065305. We also created the part BBa_K1065302 that contains pLac and BBa_K1065305. Sequence and Features
