Design Notes
This part contains two subparts: BBa_I763020 (located in 2013-Plate 3-11H) and BBa_K546000 (located in 2013-Plate 1-12D). BBa_I763020 digested by EcoR & SpeI and BBa_K546000 digested by EcoR & XbaI were ligated together by T4 ligase.
