DarR operator

This part is the binding sequence of the c-di-AMP-dependent regulatory protein DarR. When bound by DarR, it is supposed to prevent the downstream information to be transcribed. The important information: The operator is not in the pSBC13 Vector but instead in the pBluescript -KS plasmid. This plasmid provides an Ampicillin resistance. Furthermore it has got a pUC origin.
