iGEM Team Braunschweig 2013 successfully used this part for the construction of BBa_K1073034 to induce expression of a beta-lactamase gene under regulation of the las quorum sensing promoter.

This device was successfully used in the contruction of BBa_K1073034. We were able to induce the expression of a beta lactamase gene under the regulation of the las quorum sensing system promoter when adding autoinducer N-oxo-dodecanoyl-HSL to the culture broth. |
