sRNA-2
A DNA sequence whose product is a small RNA, which can bind on the complement sequence of itself.
The sRNA will target the mRNA by direct and specific base-pairing , and lower the translation efficiency. Then, it will turn into a shape like hairpin, and recruit chaperones such as Hfq to prevent the sRNA-mRNA combination from degrading.
