Light-repressed mCherry (uses photosensor)
The photosensor BBa_M30109Natalie Kuldell used in her BE.109 course hooks into an OmpR-regulated mCherry+lva, BBa_J25010. This is an intermediate composite part intended to test the viability of our construction of the photosensor. Eventually we would like to control bioluminesence of the Lux system (LuxCDABE) with the photosensor.
