Team Bielefeld-CeBiTec 2015

We used a modified version of team BIT 2013´s chromium biosensor. We used an E. coli codon optimzed version of the repressor BBa_K1758310 and combined it with their chromium responsive promoter which is upstrem of a expression enhancing 5´UTR and sfGFP BBa_K1758312. Using this two we could characterize the chromium sensor in vitro in our CFPS system.
