This part is a subpart with rhaS and a strong RBS. Teams can use this part to modify control of genes on the rhamnose promoter.

[http://2012.igem.org/Team:Calgary iGEM Calgary 2012] intended to use this part as a control element for their rhamnose induced kill system. This part is to be constructed with a TetR promoter to so that the kill system might be induced withOUT a dependency on rhamnose.
