Super folded Green fluorescent protein (sfGFP) fused with a kozak sequence to enhance its expression in eukaryotic cells. This part is in pCS2+, the plasmid backbone is BBa_K812300
This part was created with the plasmid backbone BBa_K812300: J04450 was replaced by sfGFP (BBa_K812031) and the CMV promoter was replaced by the Hsp70 (Heat Shock Promoter) promoter promoter with SalI and HindIII restriction sites from BBa_K812300.
