Membrane Anchor 3 :ssDsbA-PDZ Ligand-LGT-SH3 Ligand
Membrane anchor 3, which consists of interacting SH3 ligand, PDZ ligand and membrane protein Lgt. Membrane Anchor 3 is proved to constitutively dimerize with Membrane Anchor 2 and 4[BBa_K771002].
Membrane Accelerator System
All four membrane proteins are assembled together through interacting domains and ligands. Downstream enzymes are thus assembled.
It has been proved to work as expected by recruiting enzymes involved in Fatty Acid biosynthetic pathway.
