Membrane anchor 4, which consists of interacting domain and membrane protein Lgt
Membrane anchor 4, which consists of interacting PDZ domain and membrane protein Lgt. Membrane Anchor 4 is proved to constitutively dimerize with Membrane Anchor 3 and 5 [BBa_K771002].
Membrane Accelerator System
All four membrane proteins are assembled together through interacting domains and ligands. Downstream enzymes are thus assembled.
It has been proved to work as expected by recruiting enzymes involved in Fatty Acid biosynthetic pathway.
