Applications of BBa_K797002
We modified torA signal which submitted by Canbrige 2011(BBa_K233307).
BBa_K233307 don't contain RBS so we assembled torA and RBS avoiding to raise a stop codon.
Then we made parts such as LacP-torA-GFP-DT and check its expression by observation through a confocal microscope.
These pictures shows the result.
The left picture shows E.coli having LacP-torA-GFP-DT and stained with Hoechst, and the rigft picture shows the same sample under UV.
The left picture indicated that we observed E.coli and the left picture indicated that GFP expressed.
According to this result, we concluded that RBS in our torA signal worked.
