mCitrine reporter with a Kozak sequence for eukaryotic expression
mCitrine gene flanked by a kozak sequence for eukaryotic expression in biobrick format. This part is in pSB1C3.
This part was characterized in pCS2+ BBa_K812000 which contains the CMV promoter. J04450 was replaced by this part, it built the BioBrick BBa_K812130. This plasmid (BBa_K812133) express mCitrine into Xenopus:
Tadpoles have 4 days (near stage 46) and the expression of mCitrine is localized in tail's muscles.
