FhlA-E363G generator (pLac)
FhlA is the trnascriptional activator of hycAp Part:BBa K778000 . E.coli overexpressing FhlA produce H2 (since hycAp is the promoter of FHL(formate hydrogen lyase)).
fhlA-E363G has one point mutation (A to G, glutamic acid to glycine).
This biobrick part can be used to overexpress FhlA-E363G with IPTG induction for enhanced hydrogen production.
