We can see that a second peak appears in cells co-transfect with LovTAP-V16 and the Readout system compared to only Readout transfected cells and non transfected cells (seed).
Conclusion
This results seem quite positive but we can conclude yet if the readout system really works or not, since the red fluorescence could be due to cell death, the light could damage cells, etc.
