Team Glasgow 2014 Experience
This K777110 fliC biobrock has a promoter but lacks a RBS.
We made our own version of a fliC biobrick K1463600.
Our version had the MG1655 fliC sequence instead of the DH10B sequence fliC of this biobrick.
Our fliC biobrick restored swimming in a fliC deletion mutant of E. coli when driven by appropriate RBS and promoters.
