CcdB
It's the coding region for the ccdB (control of cell death) gene. We cannot use the BBa_K805013(CcdB gene) in the plate sent from the parts.igem database.Then, we extract this gene from the plasmid pEntr-3C, and it shows two mutations and the stop codon different with BBa_K805013.
