WARNING: THIS PART STILL CONTAINS AT LEAST ONE FORBIDDEN RESTRICTION SITE (XbaI or PstI) IN THE BACKBONE! ALSO THE PREDICTION ALGORITHM FOR FORBIDDEN SITES DO NOT WORK PROPERLY IN THIS CASE. AT BASEPAIR 46 there is a NotI RESTRICTION SITE OF RFC10.
