This chimeric receptor is composed of the ligand-binding domain of the C. elegans 7-transmembrane receptor ODR-10, flanked by the N- and C- terminals of the rat OR RI7. This part is an improvement of BBa_K211002 made by 2009 Hongkong university. A GPD promoter, Kozak sequence, and CYC1 terminator have been added.
