Platform for terminators analysis under the control of tac promoter

This is the twin construct of BBa_K731700, with the same two subsequent fluorescent proteins, but T7 promoter is replaced by Ptac. This construct allows to test possible differences in terminator efficiency due to different promoters and thus polymerases.
