Characterizations of BBa_K559000
Size Confirmation of the Biobrick
The above figure shows the size check of our biobrick. Lane 1 represents 100 bp DNA ladder (NEB, cat. N3231L) , lane 3 represents our biobrick halorhodopsin gene. It matched the theoretical size of 640bp.
Applications of BBa_K559000
We have used this biobrick as a basic unit to construct a functional unit BBa_K559010.
More characterizations on the regulated protein expression, chloride absorption condition and optimization were shown in BBa_K559010.
