Arginase is coded with Ptrc and RBS in this part.

rocF is the same as BBa_K649300.
Ptrc and RBS are from pTrc99A.

You should NOT ligate this part into high-copy vector.
In our test, when this part was ligated into pSB1C3, E. coli DH5α didn't glow even after 24 hours incubation.
