This was used as a reporter for creating an inducible SPL. It worked as expected.

The promoter activity of the I746908 Biobrick when induced by 0.2% arabinose. Data originates from a BioLector. The linear regression y = -2.5523 + 0.1095x has an adjusted R-square of 0.974
