Applications of BBa_K565004
We made cultures of XL1 Blue MccC51 in LB liquid medium and Chrom ID coli medium to grow the bacteria population, later we made counts of cfu / ml by serial culture technique to ensure the presence of bacteria using plates with Chrom ID coli medium, and we haven´t achieved competent lysed bacteria adding bacteriocins to the competent cells cultured over Chrom ID coli medium that allows us to identify the lysed cells.
all this cultures were growing in a 37 ºC incubator.
