Plac + LacZ + malS (dubious version)
E. coli periplasmic alpha-amylase gene malS under control of lac promoter. LacZ is also present for blue/white screening.
This contains an artificial RBS, and no stop codon... furthermore the 2 extra G bases at the end of the malS sequence (see BBa_K523003) mean there's not even a stop codon provided by the BioBrick suffix.
This part might therefore not be of any use to anyone, even ourselves...
