Design Notes
gadX is known to have 3 different 3'UTR. The gadX Biobrick allows for all 3. For more information, see [http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC522195/?tool=pmcentrez]
Also, this part will add 8 nucleotides to 3'UTR as an artifact of the RFC10 Biobrick assembly (Scar coding)
