The first subpart (BBa_K320000) is taken from the pSB1C3 backbone vector. We opened it with the restriction enzymes SpeI and PstI to take our part out.
The second subpart (BBa_P1003) was also in the pSB1C3 backbone vector. To extract it, we digested with Xba and PstI.

The BioBricks were assembled from BBa_K320000 and BBa_P1003.
