Applications of BBa_K301001
This part is used as a testing device for BBa_K301000, TAC promoter. Plates results indicated that the TAC promoter was induced by IPTG as expected. Details can be found in our wiki. http://2010.igem.org/Team:UCL_London/Characterisation
