Phasin-Phasin Intein (for silver standard fusion)
It's an association of two Phasin proteins with a self cleaving protein called Intein. The Phasin protein have the property to insert itself in the membrane of the PHB drop. The Intein protein cleaves itself when pH switches to 6.
