Characterization of the bidirectional CMV promoter

The bidirectional CMV promoter is a new standard part out of our [http://2010.igem.org/Team:Heidelberg/Project/miMeasure miMeasure construct]. The promoter was used to express two reporter genes with a comparable transcription rate. Referring to the figures below, this is the case.
