VirA reporter system luc
With this system it is possible to measure the activity of a VirA receptor and the vir promoter, respectively. The reporter is a firefly luciferase from Promega's pGL4.10[luc2] plasmid.
Usage and Biology
This Device can be used for characterization and screening of mutated VirA receptors.
For a working VirA/G-receptor system, you also need the virA BioBrick BBa_K389001. You can find the complete working system here: BBa_K389015
