Medium RBS (B0032) - Tetracycline resistance protein TetA(C) (J31007)
Tetracycline resistance protein (TetA(C) inner-membrane-associated protein BBa_J31007) with a Medium RBS upstream (BBa_B0032). However, overexpression of TetA(C) is detrimental to cell growth.
