Lac promoter with GFP

The lac promoter will be repressed and not induce GFP in the presence of lac I. This part can be used to measure the activity of lactose promoter by GFP fluorescence.

It is recommended that low copy number plasmid and E.coli strain over expressing lacI are used to measure the change of activity of lactose promoter depending on its inducer, such as IPTG.
