ADE2-gal1-egfp-CYC1
Short Description:The ADE2 gene is combined with the yeast gal1 promoter, the enhanced green fluorescent protein gene egfp, and the CYC1 terminator.
genetic map:
Source:Brewing yeast
Description:
We used ADE2-gal1-egfp-CYC1 as the control group for ionizing radiation experiments, and Tyrosinase (BM) as the experimental group, to verify the radioprotective effect of melanin by comparison.
Result:
We conducted ionizing radiation experiments on ADE2-gal1-egfp-CYC1, generating a lethality curve as a control group.

In the next phase, we will expose tyrosinase (BM) to ionizing radiation and compare the differences between the two to assess the radiation-protective effect of melanin.
