Usage and Biology
The GS linker is a 12 amino acid long sequence containing 3x GSSG tandems connecting HER2 and EGFR nanobody. This basic part ensure a spatial separation between the two nanobody domains to achieve antigen binding or improve protein folding. The DNA sequence has performed codon optimization for expression in E.Coli.
