Usage and Biology
The 2024 Oneonta iGEM team pHish and CHIPs created this acid-sensitive reporter circuit to characterize the expression of genes in response to acidic conditions, using pASR (BBa_K1231000). To do this, we used pASR to drive the expression of RFP, a reporter gene.
