iGEM2009 Tokyo_tech confirmed the function of BBa_I763007.
We transformed E.coli N4830 strain (expressing temperature-sensitive cI protein) with BBa_I763007. We measured fluorescence intensity. Experimental result is shown on following graph. The center graphs are relative fluorescence intensity of samples cultured at 27℃ and 37℃. Δp is negative control. (No emission) Ptet-mRFP is positive control.
