GFP reporter regulated by CI.
Promoter lambda - cI regulated - (R0051) with GFP (E0040) as a reporter. This part is used to transform E.coli strain N99,which express cI constitutively, and N4830,which express temperature-sensitive cI constitutively.
BBa_S03335 and BBa_J69501 are not available via the Registry distribution.
