- We used the following primers with BBb_standard for the amplification and isolation of the c-Jun promoter:
- primer forward: 5'-GATCGAATTCGCGGCCGCACTAGTGCATGCCAATTCGAGCTCGG-3'
- primer reverse: 5'-GATCCTGCAGCGGCCGCGCTAGCATCCAGATCTGGATCCAAGCAG-3'
