scaffold of sgRNA in CRISPR/Cas system
This part is composed of a 42-nt-long dCas9 handle hairpin for Cas9 protein binding and a 40-nt-long transcription terminator hairpin derived from S. pyogenes. When designing a sgRNA for CRISPR/Cas9 system, you just need to put the target sequence before the sgRNA scaffold.
