contributed by Fudan iGEM 2023

Introduction

mScarlet, a truly monomeric red fluorescent protein with record brightness, quantum yield (70%) and fluorescence lifetime (3.9 ns)[1].

Usage and Biology

We constructed mScarlet into the composite BBa_K4765119and BBa_K4765120to test the effiency of twister ribozyme and stem-loop.
