Introduction
Ag2 is a corresponding antigen of :BBa_K4765005(Nb2)[1] . The interaction between Ag-Nb can mediate specific binding between E.coli.
Usage and Biology
The combination of Ag2's single-domain structure and the intimin surface display system allows the entirety of a highly specific, cell surface-bound adhesin to be encoded as a single fusion protein.
