Timer vector #1600 for measurement
This parts is LacI bindingsaites-pTEF2-EGFP::PEST-ter-CEN-ARS-pTEF2-Ura3-ter-LacI bindingsaites. Restricted by EcoR1 and Pst1 and intoroduced with BBa_K210005, you can observe fluorescence of EGFP and, about 7times cell divisions later, the fluorescence will disappear.
