Spinach 2.3
Spinach 2.3 is a mutant version of Spinach 2.1(BBa_K1330000), made to increase the fluorescent intensity given out by the aptamer on binding with DFHBI.
Usage and Biology
The free energy of the thermodynamic ensemble for the sequence below is predicted to be -34.44 kcal/mol. The tetraloop is highlighted in red text, and the inversions are underlined.
