RBS+mRFP+double Terminator

This device is part of device F(BBa_K188661) in our project without ccdB gene(BBa_K145151) and promoter lacI/pL(BBa_R0011). We expect that the AHL-luxR complex would bind to promoter lacI/pL(BBa_R0011) and express the the ccdB gene for E. coli suicide when project is done. And express mRFP to indicate the the project is done.

So this device only can be used to add a specific functional promoter(and other target gene), and measure the activity of the promoter by measure the expression of mRFP.

Picture D is the tube contain great concerntration of RFP.
