This plasmid backbone, based on the pJUMP29-1A KanR TypeIIS Level 1 pUC backbone from the distribution kit, has been upgraded to incorporate the 5' and 3' modules required for a lentiviral transfer plasmid of 2nd and 3rd generation. pJUMP lentiviral transfer plasmid
Disclaimer. This is a plasmid backbone and therefore the compatibility labels are not applicable. This plasmid backbone, based on the pJUMP29-1A KanR TypeIIS Level 1 pUC backbone from the distribution kit, has been upgraded to incorporate the 5' and 3' modules required for a lentiviral transfer plasmid of 2nd and 3rd generation. The modules (BBa_K4501005 and BBa_K4501006) are incorporated on the secondary restriction sites for BbsI and PaqCI located at the sides of the main assembly site. The plasmid is ready for a BsmbI-based cloning assembly and subsequent direct use as transfer plasmid.
